Pip hearing
Hi all im new hear been trying to search for some help and come across this site
I have fibromyalgia and been suffering for around 3 years i put a claim in for pip back two years ago witch scored 0 acros all put mr in and that was the same i had my hearing 2 days ago and when the hearing started the lady from dwp had some new evidence or something along them lines i couldent realy understand what was going on ,she was saying that i put a claim for lcwra and it got accepted but i have been getting payed by my employer wile on it various amounts , so by look of it she was saying ive been working wile on the sick but i have not i revived ssp for 6 months then some holiday pay along with that as i had not taken any holidays as i only worked two flexible days a week , obviously it took me by suprise and wasent understanding it and i thought we were there to discuss how my condition affects me ,any way went throught the process of being asked question that i could only answer from a year ago not how it affects me now but dwp could ask question about now ,
So waiting for a decision now and recived a bundle this moring dated the day of my hearing about this lcwra so if i had recived that before appeal i would of been able to explain this but i dident know about it
Does this sound right what they have done ?
Thanks wayne
