Identical experience..I came on here today hoping to see if Rosie had bothered to reply after all this time.. Sadly that she hasn't only confirms all the so called services offering actual support,ie not sign posting us where we have surely already tried is just hyperbolic.. It's basically a case of post code lottery and always was I assume from personal long experience
