Hi I’m Den

Started a work from home 12 years ago that has slowly drained me and finished my body off lol and now Faced with facing universal credit soon after getting working tax. Partner works too despite not been in good health either . I am so worried we don’t claim sickness things the thought of universal credit swap is making me feel ill … I’ve heard how awful
They are ! I’m waiting rheumy appnts as I’ve reached the point I had to go back to the drs can’t carry on like this struggling sorry this was meant to be short hi all thh my sts how I ended up on here 🙂

Hi
Welcome to the community.
I don't know much about universal credit.
Good luck with your rheumatologist appointments.
Hopefully you may get some treatment to improve your condition.

Hi @Dendoo
Welcome!!! 😃
Not getting anywhere with doctors … oh I know all about that but like you did I will keep it short and not go on a rant 😂
Please don't feel bad about claiming benefits. You pay taxes and it's what you deserve if you are unwell.
I hope you enjoy being on here 🙂

Welcome @Dendoo 😊
I understand the frustration of not getting answers from the drs. I just kept going back and saying they had to do something to help me until 18 months later they finally diagnosed me with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I hope you get some answers from your rheumy.
If you'd like some support with Universal Credit, we have a dedicated category for that and there'll be lots of lovely people to help you.

thank you so much ❤️ I did give up …. Was last 3 year thought I need help and I pushed on with things on me own again until
I thought I’d try back door self referred to physio …. Things have changed there too! I got some very poorly made wrists splints and a stretchy band lol basically ! I thought I’d get blood tests etc nope so. I did eventually get referred to pain clinic but that will take till year 3000 lol anyway long story short .. these none stop symptoms plus new ones I thought I think I’ve another autoimmune disease and I can’t do this on me own I need someone to see what’s wrong with me ! So I did get an appnt and I’m waiting for triage appnts for rheumy I think I had bloods sent off to look for autoimmune dd but I know they take a while . That’s about it for now x
