hello there , I am trying to find information online on LWCRA for 2024 but I’m probably going to have to sit it out and wait for updates.

My question please for any responses on this matter is; are there backlogs for Reassessment for LWCRA ?

Reviews for most people with LCWRA are still suspended. They are only reviewing people with LCW. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.

Thankyou so much. I’m sure it’s been said so many times before so appreciate your answer. Apparently this month is where the award for myself was advised to be reassessed it is what it is, but it’s so draining not knowing . Thanks for everything you do for society and the community

Hi thanks so much for good advice. You know that’s good to distract yourself , my overactive mind that’s constantly trying to protect is not helping lol

I can empathise totally! I found finding a new TV show (With a couple of seasons at least) to get involved in, or looking for new hobbies really helped me with my anxiety. Sometimes our brains can be our own worst enemies.

I do that too Albus but sometimes my mind says no,you aren’t doing anything,in fact your sorry A**E isn’t even getting out of bed 🤣 I win most of the time though so that’s good 😊

I previous has LCW and in January2024 I reported a health change that stopped me from doing work related activity I had my referral for my assessment on 27/02/2024 and I actually had my assessment on 20/06/2024 I have been notified today that I have LCWRA 

could somebody please advise when I will get my first payment and any back dated money the online journal message today saying I had LCWRA didn’t say when I will get the extra payment or any back dated money 

anyones help would be greatly appreciate thank you in advance
