nearly 6 months since my pip review and no decision

Hi I have been waiting months for my pip review decision, I was just wondering if my award runs out will I continue to get pip whilst they are deciding, or will they extend it automatically, any answers would be appreciated thank you

There's extremely long delays for review decisions and 6 months isn't that long compared to the majority of others. It could be up to a year for a decision. Your current award will continue until a new decision is made.
Closer to when your award is due to end if no decision is made you'll receive a letter advising you that your current award has been extended for up to 1 year.

It depends whether the delays are still here when it's your review. Not everyone receives money owed if the new award is higher either.
