I'd advise you to contact them via email to double check that it's been changed to telephone. This way when they respond you'll have it in "writing."

Hi poppy it turns out that it had not been changed to a telephone tribunal, we got a letter today to say that the hearing did not go ahead its being re-scheduled till the end of august so then it will go ahead then on the first available date , this would not have happened if they had done the job properly at HMCTS. I would have had a telephone tribunal hearing . they are also asking for more medical evidence of my mental heath conditions, really at my whist ends, any advice or info please would be a great help

I'm sorry but I can't advise you what other evidence you need to send because I don't know anything about your health conditions or what evidence you've already sent. I'd advise you to get some expert advice from an agency near you.

its mainly my mental health but I don't think I've got a diagnosis as such I but have been on and off various medications over the years but each and everyone of the meds I was given has not helped and made my condition worse and made me have suicidal thoughts I've just tried to cope with it so now they are saying I have not been diagnosed I have got an appointment this afternoon at my doctors. not understand why they gave me the points last time but took them off me when things have got worse
