Disability Freedom Pass
Dear Comminity,
I have PIP enchanced for both components. I've applied for a Disability Freedom Pass. But in the form they asked do I have a driving licence I said yes being honest. But haven't got a car and havent driven for 30 years. My licence I received at 18 and am now 56. Will I still get the freedom pass??? I hope you can put my mind at rest here as it says you automatically get FP when if you receive PIP.

Having a driving license doesn't exclude from the FP. If you automatically qualify because of your PIP award then those other questions weren't really relevant.

I don't know whether it is different under various councils, I qualified via PIP, when I applied for mine, I used my driving licence for proof of address. It was actually one suggested on the form.
