a family member workplace has recently changed. Now she travels on the bus for hour and then needs for 30 hour to reach her office. Previously she was getting a lift to work with me or walk it to work. She is currenlty learning to drive

Due to her anxiety issues travelling in the bus and waking up earlier then she previously can she apply to atw and can anyone help me with the form.
