Hi, my name is elaine321! Total knee replacement, but cant straighten the leg. Any tips?

Hi

I had a total knee replacement 12 days ago - doing ok but quite swollen - managing exercises stairs walking with one crutch indoors but finding it hard to totally straighten my leg - feel pain behind my knee - anyone experienced this - any tips

    Sorry to hear anout the total knee replacement, I hear the healing from that can take quite a while, so go gentle on yourself please! Hopefully the community will have some tips for you soon, but have you spoken to your GP about this?
