Hi need to apply for blue badge I can't find my pip award.

    If you ring the PIP enquiry line on 0800 121 4433 (Mon -Fri 9am - 5pm) they will send you a copy of your PIP decision letter.

    Hi Kevin,

    I'm new too. I'm sure that the PIP claim form was made to put us off from claiming. I hope I'll be able to get a blue badge too but I have to wait to see the results from my telephone interview.
