Hi @gigi2023,
I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’ve got a lot on your plate, and it’s no wonder you’re feeling low and anxious. It's incredibly tough when you're trying to find some peace and then things feel like they’re piling up.
It's great that your son was able to talk to you about how he's feeling and that you took him to the doctor. It takes a lot of strength to support someone through that. Have you had a chance to talk to the doctor about what happens next, and if there's any additional support available?
As for your other son, it must be exhausting to be on edge all the time, worrying about what the school might say next. Have they been able to offer any help or suggestions?
You’re not alone in this, even though it might feel like it right now. There are people and services out there that can help, even just to lend an ear or give you a bit of a break. Keep reaching out, and take it one step at a time. You're doing your best, and that’s all anyone can ask for.

I'm glad to hear your GP has managed to find something to help you and your son. I know how heartbreaking and frustrating it can be to see one of your little ones (even when they get bigger) being so down, but you're doing great and I'm sure he really values your support.
