Hi we are a couple , my husband gets enhanced care and standard mobility ( pip) also esa support group ( income based) as i work 10 hrs a wk 114.40wk, my sons just left college after 3 yrs hes 19 and started f/t 1300 a mnth , daughter ( 24)has just had a baby ( 7 wks) and both live with us, she get maternity pay 800 a mnth and just been given 500 a mnth top up off u/c . I dont take anything off son as costs him 500 a mnth just for his car ( financed so he could get this job) also needed business insur xtra 350 ( scandless) , reported all this and gone from paying c tax 25 a mnth to a bill of 175 a mnth and also gone from full rent being paid to them saying i need to pay 80 a wk yet weve just lost c tax and c ben of over 400 a mnth , causing us stress esp my husband as loosing 420 mnth but paying out xtra 500 how is that possible , my sons even saying hel move out rather than put us in financial difficulty, they say its because hes not a dependant now so his wage is considered but if thats the case my daughter hasnt been a dependant for years and earned 1600 mnth before pregnant, so confused and worried sick how wel manage, so sorry for long post x

As your husband is claiming daily living PIP there should be no non dependent deductions from your housing benefit. If they are deducting money for non dependent deductions you need to contact your local Authority and tell them about your husbands PIP award. See link.
For council Tax reduction, all local Authorities have their own rules so I can't advise with that.
