Hi, my name is 1960! Change of circumstances. Conditions are worse, but award stayed the same.
I have COPD and Diabetes. I recently submitted a change of circumstances to Pip and when it came back everything is the same and they say that my award is in line with my conditions . I now need to use a wheelchair to get about as my COPD has worsened and the pain in my legs due to blood clots in the back of my knee does not help with my walking.
I think I did not fill the form in accurately. When can I reapply for changes to my condition ?

Hi @1960 and welcome to the community. 😊
Can I just ask what you are getting regarding your PIP? It may be a case of any new points awarded may not have made any difference to whether you got standard or enhanced.
You can ask for a mandatory reconsideration which should be done in writing if at all possible.0 -
A worsening of condition doesn't automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award. What award do you currently have?

8 for daily and 10 for mobility
