I am very new here I revieved a message last Wednesday at 08:04 to say that a decision hadn't been made and then on the Saturday I had a letter to say that they had all the information they needed and I will here in due course......my phone assessment lasted 22minutes and 18 seconds I'm Really not sure which way to take this but again I spoke to a qualified nurse and she knew i was a community worker that goes around the houses but at that point this nurse pointed out that I would never be able to do this job again or much more but she needs to recognise this........which she did.....I'm gutted.....

Is this related to a benefit? If so which one please?

Hi @manda84, welcome to our community 😊 Just to clarify, is this about a Work Capability Assessment or is it a PIP assessment? As both can be over the phone assessments so want to know which we're talking about before we start getting into specifics!
