hi I was wondering if I was sue any backdated LCWRA as I’ve just been awarded it I was on LCW before that I claimed LCWRA in November 2023 and got awarded it yesterday august 2024 my payments are 27th of every month

    Was this a review started by UC? If so then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.

    Or did you report changes to your health condition that prompted them to refer you for another work capability assessment? If so then the extra money is paid from the assessment period that you reported the changes, providing you sent fit notes and continued to do so until a decision was made.
