Hi, my name is Anrol43! Wait times for AA decision
I am new on the forum and was pleased to read how long some people have waited for AA to give a decision on their claim. For me it is now 6 weeks so hopefully it won’t be too long now. I was going to ring them up but decided to wait that much longer.

I always find the waiting to be the worst part @Anrol43. Hopefully you won't be waiting too much longer and receive the outcome you're hoping for.

Thanks Adrian, yes the waiting is certainly the worst. I will hopefully be posting positive results before too long.

Has anyone phoned the AA to enquire about their claim after 6 weeks wait? or are we not supposed to do this!

There's nothing wrong with calling them @Anrol43, though the call queues can be quite long if they're anything like the PIP call queues. It's also possible that when you do speak to someone they may not be able to tell you how much longer it will take.

Thanks Jimm, I think I will give them a ring at the end of this week.
