Hi @Katiedimelow20, sorry you're still having a tough time dealing with your mum. It's not easy to live with another person when you don't always get along, and sometimes dealing with hormone changes at the same time can make it even harder.
Does she leave you alone if you go to your bedroom? Maybe if you feel like you're starting to get angry at her you could go and sit somewhere quiet on your own.
I hope your periods settle down soon. It can take a few months for them to go back to normal after coming off birth control. Have you been seeing your GP to help you manage them?

@Rosie_Scope my mum doesn't leave me alone when i in my bedroom most of the times . my mum already been through menopause and not had any period . i think i did get post pill syndrome . not see any other GP since is very difficult to get a appointment and is has be a certin times to blocked the appointment but my mum never seem to blocked GP appointment . went to different doctors . both were women docter but did tried but didn't work for one docter did give me Tranexamic acid first but didn't work but did make my period heavy . i did had can heavy period before Tranexamic acid and did has irregular cycle and period . then next did get on birth control pill Rigevidon but did hate it and the last one birth control pill was
Microgynon 30 . did kept bleeding after having breaks from them . did get side effect sore breast, anxiety , mood swing . did also seem very angry to . I'm not on any form of birth control pill but seem to have mood swing still .

That sounds hard to deal with @Katiedimelow20. It can be normal to have some mood swings during your cycle, but if they feel extreme and you're having other symptoms that are difficult to manage, it's worth speaking to the doctor again to see if they can help you.
I know it's difficult to talk to your mum a lot of the time and sometimes she doesn't listen, but perhaps on a day when you're both feeling calm you could ask her nicely if you could have a rule where she doesn't come into your bedroom when you have the door shut. Then if you're feeling angry or sad you can have somewhere to go to relax without your mum.
Fingers crossed you start to feel better soon.

Sorry to hear that your mum shut you up @Katiedimelow20. It's good that you've got an idea of what you'd like to do with your birth control though.
Maybe you could ask to make an appointment with your GP to discuss your options?

@Rosie_Scope i can't even make my own appointment. my mum always make my docter
appointment.

I'm sorry you can't get much alone time yet. I hope you're able to get more soon. Make the most of what little alone time you have if you can. Do whatever makes you happy and that can be your escape for a little while 😊
