hi I share a house with my friend.he was my carer but he got diagnosed with cancer and has been ill.he rang them and told them he’d stopped caring for me.i thought i would be entitled to asp as i get enhanced pip and am on esa.my housemate gets up and enhanced pip.the deep have said someone from their dept are coming out next week.is that normal
