ESA Support Group and LCWRA
I am getting ESA Support Group and LCWRA and still employed since my heart attack in 2022. I don't receive any wages but accrue holiday pay. They still haven't finished me off so I'm entitled to this. Will this effect my ESA at all

To be clear, LCWRA refers to Universal Credit. If you're claiming this as well as New style ESA then holiday pay from your employer will be treated as earnings for Universal Credit. You will have the work allowance, which means a certain amount of earnings received each month is ignored. If you claim for help with the rent it will be £404/month, if you don't it will be £673/month. For every £1 of earnings over those amounts your UC reduces by 55p.
It will not affect New style ESA.

Why do you want to cancel the housing element? Do you no longer have liability to pay rent to a landlord?
