JS saying I don't need to submit anymore sick notes, can anyone explain why?

Hi am new here, just wondering I've been submitting sick notes to the universal credits since January I got a call from the JC saying, I don't need to submit anymore sick notes! as I am in a group Lca I am waiting for my Assessment results (UC50 ) to come threw to see if am going to the other group can anyone explain why they stop my sick notes? When the decision was originally made that placed you into the LCW group you wouldn't have needed to provide any further fit notes.

If you then reported changes to your health condition you should have provided fit notes and continue to provide them until a new decision is made on your new WCA. Once a decision is made you'll receive a letter on your journal, if you have access to one.

Thank you for the quick response yes am Lcw, I thought you still need to submit Sick notes until you find out, after submitting a UC50 from you would be getting the Lcw ra group then you would stop submitting sick notes thank you

Your question isn't clear. When was the decision made on your first work capability assessment?

Did you report a change of health condition that prompted them to refer you for another work capability assessment?

Ive have submitted Sicknotes since January this year , then I submitted a UC50 assessment forms 8 weeks ago, my Sick note was due so submit it therw the UC who said they had a problem so they sent everyone of my sicknotes to the job center when the lady phoned me from the job center said I don't need to send in anymore as I am in a group now this is all new to me am abit confused ?

If a decision had been made you would have received a letter on your journal. Until you do receive that you need to continue to provide fit notes. You will most likely need an assessment before a decision is made because most have them.

Ok thank you, I will see if I hear anything back from them this week, just that they have stopped my fits notes now, they said not to submit any more fitnotes that's why I was a wee bit concerned or a wee bit confused about it all thank you

They haven't stopped your fit notes, you can still provide them when your current one ends. If you stop the fit notes then it can affect when the extra money is paid from if the decision is LCWRA.

I just wonder why they couldn't submit my fit note! that day then they said they have sent all my fit notes from January up to this month! to the job center then I get a called at tea time from a lady for the job center saying I having trouble submitting my fit notes, it's cause I don't need to submit any more fit now from now on as am in a group? il wait n see what happens this week thank you!
