Had Telephone PIP Assessment this morning
I have just had my telephone assessment this morning. It lasted 1 hour 45 minutes and I am so pleased it is over. I felt it went ok - but after reading posts on here I know that means nothing!
I have seen that I can get the assessor's report in a few days time - could you let me know when I can get that please and what do I ask for. I assume I ring the DWP or is it the people who I did the assessment with?
I haven't decided whether it is best to get this or not, I need to have a think about it.
Thanks for everyone's advice on here - it has really helped in filling the forms in and getting an idea of what to expect from the telephone assessment.

For a copy of the assessment report you just ring PIP to ask them to send you a copy. You need wait until it's been returned to request this, they often send a text message once it's received.
Please also be aware that requesting the report very often causes more anxiety, even if the report is in your favour. For this reason it maybe better to wait until a decision is made but that's entirely up to you.

Many thanks @poppy123456 Yes this is what I am wondering. I was thinking of getting it as I am an extreme overthinker. I am trying to put the assessment out of my mind as otherwise I will convince myself I did badly - so that was a reason for getting it. But guess that would happen if i do get it too!!
Will have a think. Many thanks for your reply
