just recently applied for new style esa how long will this process last when will they post out an esa 50 form will there always be a face to face meeting or can they decide on medical evidence

They usually send the form quite quickly after you apply, even if you don't qualify for the payments because of lack of NI contributions.
The process could take several months. If you don't automatically qualify for Support Group then yes, you'll most likely need an assessment because most people have them. They are mostly by telephone. Paper based assessments are possible but rare.
