Can I ask do ESA do a paper review or is it always a Face to Face ? Dreading it as I suffer from severe anxiety disorder 😭

Yes paper based assessments are possible if there's enough of information for them to write the report. If there isn't then most assessments are by telephone. Some are face to face or video call.
If an assessment is needed and it's face to face then you can change it to telephone.

My last review was paper-based, they also moved me to SG but I did as advised on here and other sites and made sure I put plenty of relevant info with real world examples.
