I have been waiting for the DWP, Disability element to my UC for, some time now.

I realise that this can be backdated but, I need this in situ to, begin with, then.

    There is no "disability" element to UC.

    In order to help, we will need to know the following:

    Have you transferred to UC from legacy benefits, if so which one(s)?

    Or is it a new UC claim and you've gone through the WCA process?

    What was the date of first fit note?

    Were there any gaps while providing them?

    Which date were you found to have either LCW or LCWRA?

    Your UC Assessment Period dates?
