As you have LCWRA then you have no commitments so the MIF will not apply to you. As you've already put a message onto your journal then you'll need to wait for someone to respond. If no one responds then put the message under "service issues" and hopefully someone will respond.

Hi poppy or anyone else, regarding the above I've left numerous messages on my journal in the past week about my issue regarding my question off the minimum income floor to which no one has contacted me about it just the case manager who goes someonewill contact me . What else can I do? Legally etc

I'm not sure there is something you can legally do just yet. You could try raising a complaint about it, perhaps try giving them a call while raising another message under "service issues".
If this keeps not getting a response you could try your MP, and write to your MP about getting no answers to your situation from the DWP.

A local benefits advisor may have a way on contacting a manager directly so it might be worth seeing if there is one in your area

I have written a email to my local member of Parliament to help me. I agree they are useless uc journal. Any more advice would be beneficial if anyone can tell me after this.

Hi, I finally got a response on my removal off the minimum income floor as I get lcwra and will be paid the underpaid payment off £485 on 30th September according to the case managers message.
