ESA wasn't paid today?

My IR ESA hasn't been paid in to my Bank Account & I'm on ADP also, does anyone know why my ESA might not have gone in, I've not heard anything regarding my ESA & I've been on hold for over 2 hours now & the DWP Automated Woman asked me the usual questions about what date is my next payment & what day it was paid on & after given my date of birth it stated my next ESA payment date is going to be on the 07.10.24 & the amount so why wouldn't my today's payment not be paid in, i don't understand why can anyone tell me why this could've happened thanks.

    Hi @ANG1976, first of all welcome to the community! Hopefully we can help you find out what's happened here?

    Also, yes the wait queues for the DWP lines are incredibly long. A more cynical person might suggest that is partially on purpose.

    Have you reported any changes to the DWP recently at all? Or made any changes to bank accounts at all?

    Hoping we can help narrow down what might be the issue until you get through to the DWP at least.
