disability points awards for blue badge?

I’m applying for a disability blue badge.
on the online form it’s asking for my disability points awards.
I don’t know this I don’t have the letter that shows this?
Where or how can I find this out ?

    Hi @gunit, welcome to the community 😊 Hopefully we can help you out with this

    This sounds like it's talking about either from a PIP assessment or WCA (Work Capability Assessment). I would double check with the local authority which they mean, but that is what it sounds like. Have you had either of those assessments?

    As a blue badge is about travelling I'm just going to put this into our transport and travel category 🙂

    yes I have.
    I’ve got my awards letter but I’m missing page three and apparently the award scores are on that.
    im actually deaf so I can’t call them.
    Was hoping to do it online but you have to call them.
    I’ve got a friend calling a few numbers for me.
    hopefully they will send in a copy

    Yes, it's unfortunate but the parts of the DWP that deal with disability only allow communication via calling. It really is… well, I don't think I have the words to put what I truly think about it 😅 I am glad you have a friend who is able to help you. Hopefully you can get the points awarded and then get your blue badge. Let us know how you get on.
