Hi I had my review 17th I recived a text today saying it was compeat and will hear in 2 weeks (letter) I phoned pip and went though automated and it say my pip is the same amount and pay day does that mean I am still on same rate ? Thanks for any info

Hi,

The automated line cannot be relied upon in this situation. It may just not have updated yet. You will have to wait for the letter or payment amount to confirm.

As stated above, the automated line often doesnt have the latest information, so it'd be best to wait until you have the letter to confirm things. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed though!
