PIP / motability after a non fault crash
Hey, so I had my first ever crash that was a non fault on my side during the middle of last month and my car was deemed a write off/ total loss and was given a courtesy car then another one but it’s been 6 weeks since my accident I have received a new car on tueday there and have received my pip payment today but I have received the amount I did previously I thought since it was deemed a write off and had a courtesy car from europcar not motability I would have received the full payment from pip because it’s wasn’t my fault and I wasn’t using a scheme car
Any help would be greatly appreciated just so I get an idea

Hi,
I understand why you're asking, but you are still a Motability customer and because you had a courtesy car, you won't be eligible for loss of use payments in this case.

Hi @PabloR1999 and welcome to the community. As OverlyAnxious has said, you wouldn't be eligible as you had a replacement car. Here's info from Motability.
