Hi, my name is Hartley61! Needing help with my daughter. Formal complaint raised against LA.
I have my own challenges with MH however my main reason for this is to assist our 19 yo daughter who lives with PDA, OCD and SEMH and has done since 11 yo. We are currently fighting the local LA who continually fail to support us even though she has an EHCP and they are refusing (!) to come to mediation even though we have raised a formal complaint so now its off to the LGO and FTT! Any advice or guidance appreciated. We are working with SENDIASS, KIDS and SEN Support Solicitors

Hi there @Hartley61 and welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear about your battles with your LA, it's not an area I know a great deal about, but I know we have some superbrains on the community who will offer some advice soon.
Just to let you know I've edited the discussion title and have moved it into a different category, just so more people in the know will be able to find it quickly. I hope that's ok?1
