Ptsd flashbacks
Hi I have flashbacks from ptsd ...is it ok to talk about it here ? And does anyone else have them π?

Hey @joubin135 and welcome to the community.
We're all here for support and I know there's many of us here who have PTSD, so you're safe to discuss things if you feel comfortable doing so. πMine are luckily rare now, but they used to be a several times a day occurrence. I found EMDR therapy amazingly helpful.

Hi, i suffer with complex PTSD and have flashbacks to abuse i went through as a child, not fun, i'm having counselling, hopefully that will help given time, i hope your flashbacks ease for you

I also have ptsd as a result of abuse as a child. I had flashbacks for years but after counselling and reading the courage to heal book I donβt have them anymore. I would strongly suggest counselling. Flashbacks can be so scary and terrifying I feel for you.
