new and old state pension

More concerned, every year, with the difference between the new and old state pension.

Will this ever be addressed?

    It's not such a bad thing because Pension Credit could increase your income. With entitlement to Pension Credit you'll also be entitled to 100% council tax reduction and full housing benefit, not forgetting the Winter Fuel Payment, which has now been stopped for thousands of people, especially those claiming New state Pension due to it being just above the PC threshold.

    To answer your question, it's unlikely.
