I have recently received a continuing healthcare decision. I was wondering if it was possible to ask for corrections to be made in the report.
I am aware I can appeal however I am more concerned about the inaccurate information in the report.
Does anyone know if you can ask for corrections?

Hi @julievictoria. I can only find information on appealing. Do you agree with the decision but are still worried about the inaccurate information?
