Do I need to provide fit note?

Hi Poppy, as I'm still waiting for my esa review form to be seen to, 10 months now. If I get a migration letter would I need to provide a fit note as I don't know what groups I be put in. As my health is bad since my last one in 2019.

As you are currently in the Work Related Activity Group (WRAG) this would be Limited capability for work (LCW) for UC. If you're still in that group when you migrate across then your UC will include the LCW element. If your ESA claim started before 6th April 2017 then you'll be entitled to the LCW element which is currently £156.11/month on top of the other elements you'll be entitled to.
You will not need to provide a fit note.
Hopefully you'll have a decision on your review soon.

No it was after 2017, thank you, I know there is a backlog but this is ridiculous, I sent so much medical evidence in.

Hey, to avoid confusion I've split your question off into it's own discussion @Andi66. Discussions can get confusing when two people are both trying to get answers to their situations!
