Anxious about going to town

I am getting anxious about going to town now in case I meet a ex friend. She had a go at me over messenger because I needed time to myself. Because she had a go at me over something trivial. I tend to withdraw when things get to much. I stupidly put it on Facebook and someone showed her. As I had blocked her. She came to the house and put a letter through the door, swearing, calling me names and that I'm not autistic , I have been diagnosed late. That I use it , I don't, she's going to sue me for slander. What I put was true ,our one sided friendship.
It's got to the point I don't want to go out. I'm on antidepressants which aren't working, I've had therapy which she didn't like for trauma I've had. Feel so low, my mind goes into overdrive and paranoia.
