UC50 form sent

I've done as suggested and sent my UC50 form off yesterday and asked for proof of postage, which I have in my purse.
Should I put a message in our UC journal saying that it's been sent as of yesterday and that I have proof of postage? I asked my husband and he said to not bother as he didn't see the point in it.

I agree with your husband. The assessment centre won't even have access to the journal. You'll probably get a text within the next few days to say that it's been received if they have a mobile number for you.
