Work Capability Assessment

Hi all
I have just had my work capability assessment over the phone which lasted approximately 53 minutes. Should I be worried that the assessor said she would have to speak to a senior colleague before finalising her report for the DWP?
Many thanks

Hi @loubylou_1971, welcome to the scope community 😊 I'm not sure that would be overly concerning when it comes to the assessment outcome itself. There could be a number of reasons they'd need to discuss something with someone more senior. It could be that your case is quite complex or they maybe have concerns about your safety can be two common reasons.
