It is possible because unless we are given facts and we are kept in the dark as we are with pip at the moment then there is bound to be speculation and fear mongering but thats all it is because we have not been informed of what the facts are going to be.

The fact is that this is a hole in the budget (if this is true, of course). Cutting expenses on “unnecessary” items (disabled people) is a consequence. Disabled people can only express their disagreement.

Can you imagine the public outcry if it was discovered - how long would the responsible political party exist for ?
Don't forget that we are lucky to live in a democracy !
