Do you get notice for telephone tribunal?
Hi I'm waiting for my pip tribunal by telephone we were told it would be the next available date after Aug. 30th 2024 because the first didn't go ahead due to lack of information so we sent in medical records. just wondering if anyone's got an idea of how much notice they will give us before the day of the telephone tribunal please

Hi @ketokid. I could only find information about a 14 day notice period for in-person tribunals, no mention of how much notice for a telephone one. I had a video tribunal and I definitely had time to prepare, I just can't remember how long, sorry. I would start preparing now for it so you're definitely ready. How are you feeling about it?

It will be the same as in person hearings. There's no difference to telephone one's apart from they can't see you of course.

Do you have any support with the tribunal at all @ketokid?
