Hi, my name is lindawolfe!
hi can I contact Dwp via email because nobody seems to pick up the phone when I call? I have bad anxiety and I find it hard to make phone calls as it is but I need to contact them. Does anybody have the email address if I can?

Hi as far as I am aware you can only contact them by telephone.
You could ask your mp to contact them on your behalf.

Hi @lindawolfe and welcome to the community.
The only online contact is a Contact Form but this is for the Ministerial Correspondence Team if you had any queries related to benefits policies. Do you have someone who would be able to act as an appointee for you? They can deal with phone calls and forms etc for you if you don't feel able to.
Do you want to share your question here and maybe we could try and help?
