in Universal Credit (UC)

hi , I sent my first sick note in on the 28th June 2024 and have sent one in every month since no gaps inbetween I was awarded lwrca on 8th October will I be entitled to any back pay and when will I receive my first payment ,any advice please

    23rd of each month

    That means your waiting period will be July/August, Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 17th Oct to 16th Nov and first payment will be 23rd Nov. No LCWRA element is owed.

    If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance then you'll be owed some money from that.
