hi guys missed a call from 0800 number today called it back it said it was from health assessment advisory service I wasn’t aware they was calling haven’t had a letter to let me know

Hi @suzymaltwood2612, that's strange. Were they able to tell you what the call was about? Are you due a review of your PIP or anything like that?

If it's something important I'm sure they'll ring you back or send you a message about it 😊

hey hun they have had my review since last year October I haven’t had a letter to say they would be calling hun

Sometimes they will ring without warning if they have any questions to ask to see if it's possible to write the report without the need for an assessment. Maybe that's why they were ringing.
