Moving from LCW TO LCWRA
Hello I moved to UC from Esa in 2020 was automatically placed in the LCW group I did a change of health circumstances in April that triggered them sending me a uc50 form I filled that in sent it off
Forwarding to now I had my assessment 4 days ago
If I qualify for LCWRA will i receive back pay?
I also have been deducted by the benefit cap £120 per month since may will this also be backdated?
thank you for your help in advance

As you reported changes to your health condition, if found to have LCWRA then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which you reported the changes. The benefit cap will also be lifted from the same assessment period.
This is assuming you provided a fit note when you reported changes to your health condition and continued to provide them without gaps until a decision is made.
