Hi @Vogue. I've just popped your question into its own discussion 😊
Have you begun to receive the extra payments? Have you tried putting a note on your UC journal asking why you haven't received confirmation?

No not started receiving the payments yet
I don't have an on line journal as my UC claim was done by Telephone claim back in June this year

So I don't no how I find out because Surely they no I did my claim by Telephone and must realise they can't let me no that way

It was quite a while ago that I received UC but I remember getting a card with a username and password on to set up my journal, I'm guessing you didn't receive one? I think the best thing to do is to call them and find out what's going on. Do you have a contact number?

My original advisor told me I don't need an on line journal when you make a UC claim by Telephone....Yes i have the UC contact number

If you do not have an online journal to put in a query about this then you will have to call them up to ask. Unfortunately there are so many reasons why such a thing could be delayed that we would only be randomly guessing here, the fastest way to figuring out the issue is contacting Universal Credit/your work coach directly.

Thanks yeh I'm goin to ring UC tomoro
I also don't have a work coach anymore since being Awarded LCWRA
My Jobcentre adviser told me there was no more reason for her to ring me with me having no more work search commitments ....
