UC50 form
Hello
So I filled in and sent off my UC50 form on 2/10/24. I have proof of postage as I asked for it. Today (12/10/24) in the post I got a letter from the Health Assessment Advisory Service asking for me to send the form. I've already sent it in, what should I do? Should I take a photo of the proof of postage and put it in my journal?

Hi @PeachyAna90. It might just be an automatic letter that's been sent out before they've received your form. Even though you sent the form on the 2nd it can take a while to get processed.
Does it say anywhere that if you've already posted the form to ignore the letter?

Yes it does say to ignore the letter if I've already posted it. I'm just jumping the gun because of all the horror stories you hear about them getting lost etc and it's made me anxious and paranoid.

I get that @PeachyAna90. I've had an issue before where they said I didn't send them something when I know I definitely did. I wasn't as sensible as you though and didn't get proof of postage. Try not to worry now, they'll be processing it and you have evidence it was sent if there is an issue, but I very much doubt there will be 😊
