Awaiting pip response

After winning pip at tribunal, a six month on review time ,and now waiting and nice Jan 2024 for renewal, struggling so much with job recently , diagnosis of bd along with other conditions all relevant evidence sent to pip, under help with team for therapy and self harm at present it's killing me the wait the stress i absolutely am consuming myself with it im ao scared to lose this vital support, would a letter from ky therapy team saying this have any affect in waiting times i recent read if been treated for bpd and it's appear like its a life long condition, always self harm had bad mental health you can meet criteria for fast traction pip is this correct

PIP claims for fast tracking only apply to those with only 12 months or less left to live. Therefore it wouldn’t apply in your case.
There’s no harm in sending a letter of support to tell them how much it affects your health with all the waiting. I don’t know if it will help though. There’s extremely long delays with review decisions and many are taking up to a year.
I just had my decision today after 11 months of waiting.
