Need advice.
My husband is in the process of a PIP assessment (the second time).
He has a telephone assessment booked for October 31st. We will be traveling and returning on November 5th. His journey is fully assisted.
Can we tell them about our travel plans? Would they understand, even though it is fully assisted?
What should I do? Please guide me.

Hi @hafkhan, you don't have to tell them why you are rescheduling as far as I am aware. You should just request to reschedule and give dates that you are available.
You can only reschedule once however, so please do keep that in mind when you pick the rescheduled date and time!
