Today I saw an update online about the proposed changes to PIP. I think the voucher system has been cancelled.

Nothing has been officially announced.
We will have to wait until next spring for an official announcement by Labour regarding pip reform.

We did actually receive a sort of answer about the PIP reform proposals
PIP vouchers proposal dead – at least for now (benefitsandwork.co.uk)
Basically they've shuttered the previous governments consultation. By not publishing a response they are basically closing the door on that specific consultation and are saying they will be coming up with their own proposals. What their own proposals are however, we have no idea on.
