Hello.

For years, even as a child I had rage and bouts of uncontrolled anger, doing some research a lot of that stems from parental abuse, I'm not tough btw, having rage isn't something to be proud of and it's dangerous seeing red because it can do irreparable damage to the individual and others around that person.

When I worked I nearly got sacked for picking up a trolly and throwing it in a direction where nobody was situated, was suspended at school for completely losing the plot where security had to apprehend me when I was 14, suspended at college for wrestling a toilet sink out of it's place because I had the p*ss taken out of me during a lecture, fought, been arrested.

The anonymity of mentioning this helps because I'm ashamed to mention this to my doctor on top of everything else. Having anger problems as you get older isn't healthy, it can lead to issues as severe as strokes and heart attacks.

Speak to your doctor, google the stop method for anger. It doesn't work all the time but if you keep practicing it's supposed to get better.
