Hi, my name is emma87! LCWRA. if I am awarded will I be due any backdated money?

Hello can anybody help please, I have been providing fit notes since August last year with no gaps, I had my telephone assessment on the 23rd October, if I am awarded will I be due any backdated money

    Hi,

    If this is your first WCA then you should get LCWRA backdated to 3 months after your first fit note.
